This is a brief report to follow the annual Homeowners' Association meeting on Sunday, May 25, 1986.

* These people were elected by the phase boards to serve on the Facilities Management Board.
At the organizational meeting of the new Facilities Management Board on Sunday afternoon, May 25, Frank Pease was elected Chairman, Betty Ann Liddle, Vice Chairman, and Vera Fields, Clerk. The position of Treasurer will be filled later, along with the various committee chairmen and members.
The FMB voted to postpone the due date of the second half of the 1986 special assessment from July 1 until after the FMB has the opportunity to review the statement of income and expense for the third quarter of 1986. At that time, (October, 1986) the FMB will decide whether to proceed with requiring the payment to be made in full, in part, or not at all. Please do not pay the second half of the special assessment until so notified.
The regular meetings of the FMB will be at the Sea Pines Clubhouse at 8:30am on June 28, July 26, August 23, September 27 and October 25; at 9am on December 6, January 31, February 28, and March 28; and at 8:30am on April 25 and May 23. The Annual Homeowners' Association meeting will be at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday May 24, 1987.
