Dear Homeowner:
This is a brief report of our three hour meeting, held on July 4, 1987.
A contractor has been hired to complete railroad tie work budgeted.
Bayside Disposal Company contract is planned to be renewed for garbage collection.
Lifeguard and Security guards have been hired for the summer season.
Roofing contractor will complete major roofing contract by July 15th on unit 2H, weather permitting.
In making emergency (911) calls, be sure to identify your location carefully. Give Sea Pines Street name as well as number.
A new rule prohibits use of skate boards and roller skates at Sea Pines.
Grass sprinkler estimates will be obtained to study expanding our coverage.
Management review chairman, Bernie Stehman and his committee are doing preliminary checking of various management companies. He requests that homeowners give him input of other possible companies to check.
A Bluff resident has had waterfront shrubs severely pruned. Variance violations continue. Your board feels that stronger action must now be taken against violations of the "Reasonable Rules". Please review those rules which are for everyone's benefit.
