Our December FMB Meeting was the most important one of the year as the final version of next years budget was voted. I am thrilled that so many homeowners attended our recent meetings and took such an active part in the budgeting process.
The FMB, grounds committee, and Mercantile Property Management worked very hard to present a realistic balanced budget with no increase in monthly maintenance fees. Our fiscal 1994 budget will afford us the same level of services as in the past.
You should have received a survey from Colonial Gas. Their letter made assertions that are not feasible. Larry Bernhardt has called the gas company so that when you talk to them there will be no misrepresentations.
The new cable system should be operational sometime in April. We are asking the cable company to repair damage done during the underground installation of cable wire,

Our next board meeting will be Saturday, January 29, 1994 at 8:30 in the club house. I hope to see all winter vacationers there!
