SEA PINES NEWSLETTER

March 8, 1996

Hi Neighbor:

Yes, Sea Pines has experienced a lot of snow this winter, probably a record. It's all been plowed or melted, except for some drifts on the beach.

We asked the Brewster Conservation Department to inspect our beach & bluff for erosion potential. Essentially we got a clean bill of health.

The deteriorating fence around the lower tennis courts has been torn down. The treated wood for the new fence is on site, ready to be erected.

We have renewed the contract for our accountant and asked him to attend our March Board meeting to answer any questions that the FMB or the homeowners may have.

If you would like to serve on your condominium board or can recommend a neighbor, contact your Phase Board Chairperson during the month of March.

We're still trying to salvage the rebate to homeowners on the maintenance fee. We probably won't have any final results until the Annual Meeting.

A copy of the Reasonable Rules and Regulations along with Sea Pines Policy Unit Usage is attached for you and your guest's to use.

The next FMB meeting will be held at the Clubhouse at 8:30am on Saturday, March 30, 1996. Attend if you can.
