SEA PINES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION CHAIR REPORT

Can you believe Summer is almost over? Soon it will be Fall and time to start the budget process and start worrying about snowplowing, etc.

Gene and Emily Goll have been throwing some wonderful cocktail parties, so please join them for the next one at the clubhouse.

Olwen and Dotty Gerrior have been planting flowers in the barrels around the pool.

John Hedderman has been keeping the flower planter by the guard shack fresh and snappy.

Frank Conrad is still running down the do's and don'ts of the bluff. He is waiting for a survey of the area from Bennett & O'Reilly.

Mac McDonald reports that the annual mixed doubles was held on July 2 with beautiful weather and friendly competition. The winners were: Jim Zembruski and June Dalton - mixed doubles - most points.

Please inform your guests and renters to obey the tennis court rules that are posted on each entrance gate.

The Grounds Committee has been trying to keep up the property, but it has been difficult because of the rainy weather.

Please consider this the Grounds Committee is a non-paid volunteer group of owners, whose only job is to look after our best interests. Please help them by following the procedures for changes to either your unit interior or the area around the outside of your unit. Contact them if in doubt!!!

A friendly reminder: One car should always be parked in your garage in order to accommodate all owners. Guests should park in the clubhouse parking lot. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hoping for better weather for the rest of the summer.

Your Chair - Carol Bernhardt
