Dear Neighbors,

The siding decisions are now expected to be made at the April 28 FMB, not the March 31 FMB as mentioned tentatively in the previous newsletter. But I suspect there may still be some discussion about this project at the March 31 meeting.

Contractor selection is taking place for the clubhouse bathroom renovations. It is hoped this work will be complete around late April or early May.

A decision was made to spend more money on tree removal and pruning by skipping at least a year's worth of tree spraying for turpentine beetles and similar treatments.

Put the Annual Meeting on your calendar - it's Sunday, May 27 this year, 9:30am at the Brewster Ladies Library.
