Sea Pines Homeowners Association Newsletter

August 6, 2015

Dear Neighbors,

Just a brief mid-summer update.

Glynis Douglass has returned as the pool attendant for the remainder of the season. It is good to have her back!

The siding project is complete! Various punch-list items will be addressed over the next several weeks. Contact Mercantile if you have a question or concern about this.

The Cape Light Energy Efficiency program is underway. Many units have already had insulation installed, lights and thermostats replaced, etc. Some people who signed up have been dropped from the list (including me), for reasons unknown. If you have not already been contacted by Rise Engineering or if you did not sign up and want to now, please call Cape Light program manager Doug Brown at 800-422-5365 x6141 or project manager Kevin Galligen at 508-255-2036.

FYI: Inflatables are not to be stored in the kayak rack area. The only things to be stored on the kayak racks are kayaks and nothing, not even kayaks, is be stored on the sand around the kayak rack area. Kayaks stored in this area must be stored on the racks, not under the racks. Also, nothing can be stored on the dunes outside the kayak racks. These are requirements of the Brewster Conservation Commission.

Sincerely,

Christopher Wroten
