Dear Neighbor:

This is a brief resume of the meeting of your FMB held today.

Your finance committee has been extremely busy working on the 1988 budget. Friday afternoon's meeting at Howard Morris's office in Randolph was chaired by Howard and attended by Bob Grogan, Scott Jordan and Bernie Phaneuf. This was a non-stop session from 3:30pm to 10:30pm. Thanks to all, a great deal was accomplished. On Saturday, the FMB meeting was mostly on the 1988 budget. At the Dec. 5. FMB meeting starting at 8am, we hope to have a new format of accounts with more specific titles and complete the 1988 budget.

Cris Miner - an attorney was researched by David Woods and he recommended him to us. The board has decided to utilize his service for future counsel.

Bob Sheils missed his first meeting of the FMB in ten years. He's recovering at home after a day in the hospital.

Permission to use the club house for groups should be obtained from the club house committee.

Litigation has never been completed in suit against CMJ on fire walls in some units and the septic system of cluster five. We hope this will come to court in the next few months.

Dunes - Please keep off - recently even a boat was taken over the dunes.

Maintenance work continues with replacement of rotted barn boards, improving drainage, surveying and investigating the location of septic systems in cluster five.

Sincerely,

Bernie Phaneuf
