Dear Homeowners:
It is that time of year to prepare for Memorial Day Weekend and the Sea Pines Homeowners Annual Meeting. I encourage all who are able to attend the meeting at the Brewster Elementary School Gym/Auditorium, Underpass Rd.
The following are events I now know about for the weekend of May 25. Mark your calendar.
- Saturday, May 25
- 8:30am: Facilities Management Board Meeting, Clubhouse
- 5:30 - 7:30pm: "Welcome Back" party - Clubhouse (BYOB)
- Sunday, May 26
- Annual Meeting, Brewster Elementary School
- 9 - 9:30am: Registration and Refreshments
- 9:30 - 11:00am: Annual Meeting
- Parking Stickers, 1 - 2pm, Clubhouse
- Facilities Management Board Meeting, 1 - 2pm, Clubhouse (Board only)
- Annual Meeting, Brewster Elementary School
With this Homeowner's letter the following are enclosed:

- Phase Nominations
- Ballot and Return envelope (use letter if you will be absent)
- Agenda: Meeting in Lieu of Annual Meeting
- Minutes of 1990 Annual Meeting
Bring your ballot if you plan to attend the meeting. Please vote. Note you can send your ballot to your phase President if you so wish rather than Mercantile.
New sets of Reasonable Rules and Regulations will be available at the Meeting. If you do not attend please see your Phase President for a copy.
