Now that the winter is over the time has come to think about our annual meeting. If you have not already done so, please return your proxy to Mercantile so that they will arrive by May 20. Even if you plan to attend and vote in person, please send in your proxy so we have legal representation of each phase.
Weekend plans include:
- Regular board meeting on Saturday May 28 at 8:30am in the clubhouse.
- Welcome back cocktail party (BYOB) Saturday May 28 5:30-7pm in the clubhouse. Please ask any new homeowners you see to attend.
- Annual meeting Sunday May 29 at 9am Brewster Elementary School.
We have heard that we are in Colonial Gas Co.'s plans for the fall of this year however, they are void of specifics. Continental Cable will be paying for repairs to water system caused by them during the wiring of Sea Pines. The new cable system will be on line shortly.
Beginning July 1, in an effort to bring down the cost of collecting late maintenance dues, the FMB has authorized a $25 administrative fee to be charged after the fifteenth of the month. It is our feeling that by instituting this policy we will be saving all of us money. This will be discussed at the annual meeting.
