SEA PINES HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION NEWSLETTER

November, 1995

Hi Neighbor:

Budget discussions are now in process! With my ear to the ground, I don't see any change in maintenance fees for 1996! One of the largest chunks of our expenditures are handled by our grounds and maintenance committee, co-chaired by Larry Bernhardt and Carol Smith. Working with Mercantile they have done a yeoman's job of getting necessary items handled at the best price available.

Some of the items that they deal with are: landscaping, roofs, chimneys, road and walkway repairs, courtyard walkway repair and replacement is currently getting a lot of attention. If you have a concern in your area, contact Mercantile Property Management; now is the time!

Vera Fields advises that she still has a few of those green "Sea Pines" sweatshirts; get ‘em while they last!

A search for eligible board members has begun. If you are interested in serving or wish to recommend someone, contact your condominium chairman:

As you know each condominium has several board members. Three of these will be elected to the Facilities Management Board (FMB) at the Annual Meeting in May. Consider being proactive rather than reactive. Try objectivity rather than subjectivity!

The next FMB meeting will be held at the clubhouse at 8:30am on December 2, 1995.
