Sea Pines Newsletter

April 9, 1996

Hi Neighbor:

According to the calendar winter is over! We had more degree days and snow than we have experienced in many years. I hope this is not a trend! By the time you read this letter the daffodils should be in full bloom, ready for "Brewster-in-Bloom". The tennis courts are ready, the beach is clean with a new layer of sand and the pool should be refilled next week.

Thanks to our Grounds & Maintenance Committee (Larry, Carol & Assoc.), the four independent unincorporated condominiums known as Sea Pines are in good shape - physically, financially and psychologically. The FMB has approved the following contracts for the coming year:

  1. Exterior painting - Prime Touch
  2. Chimney repair - Alpha Weatherproofing
  3. Plant & tree management - Bartlett Tree
  4. Roof replacement - Fraser Construction
  5. Septic tank repair - Somebody Else's Septic
  6. Entranceway repair - Ken Bassett

The Annual Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, May 26, 1996. We hope to see a lot of smiling faces in attendance.

The next FMB meeting will be held at the Clubhouse at 8:30am on Saturday, April 27, 1996. Come if you can.
