Sea Pines Homeowners Association Monthly News

April 1, 2004

Dear Neighbor,

The monthly FMB meeting was held Saturday March 27, 2004. In spite of my closing to last months letter, the weather was dreary, cold, and rainy therefore attendance was low.

The financial report shows we are on target year to date and all contributions to the reserve accounts are being made.

Management reported 2 sales and one lease:

Grounds & Maintenance reported that landscaping cleanup has begun. Units in Overlook and Knoll are being prepared by Jeff and Ken for this years painting.

Craig has made an appointment with the acting Conservation Committee Coordinator to facilitate this years pruning of the bluff.

The new Web Site will soon be available for everyone to use. Christopher Wroten has done a fantastic job designing it and I'm sure everyone will be pleased.

As of this moment, there will be no coffee and donuts served at the annual meeting. The reason is lack of volunteers to set up and clean up. Unless people come forward to help, everyone can stop at the new Dunkin Donuts to pick up their own.

This month you will be receiving a letter from your Phase President soliciting candidates to run for your phase board. It is from this group of people that the members of the FMB are chosen. You can make a difference and have your voice heard by running for one of the open positions.

The next FMB board meeting will be held April 24, 2004 at 8:30am in the clubhouse. Bring good weather, a smile, and attend.
