Facilities Management Board (FMB)
The Facilities Management Board (FMB) is the governing body for Sea Pines. The 12-member board is made up of the three members of each of the four Sea Pines condominium boards listed below. The officers are elected annually by the FMB. The scheduled FMB meetings are listed here; unit owners are encouraged to attend these meetings. The following individuals serve as the Sea Pines FMB officers as of May 25, 2024:

Each condominium has a three-person board whose members serve staggered three-year terms with one member elected each year. Elections to the condominium boards are held at the Sea Pines Annual Meeting. The president and treasurer of each condominium are chosen by the respective boards each year.
