Tennis Round Robbin and Drop-In Pickleball
Tennis round robin will take place Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00-10:00am, throughout the summer. Sign up via SignUpGenius is required—please contact Henry Pescatore [Email ] to be added to the list.
Drop-in pickleball round robin will take place Sundays 10:00-noon throughout the summer.
2026 Hazardous Waste Collections
Household hazardous waste collections protect our local drinking water. Most chemicals are too toxic to throw away in regular trash or dump down the drain, so collections for residents are held to take the waste off their hands and keep it out of our water supply.
Brewster residents can participate for free in the disposal of toxic products at the Harwich Transfer Station (209 Queen Anne Road) between 9am and 12pm on the following dates:
- Saturday, August 8
- Saturday, September 12
- Saturday, October 10

Online sign up system for courts and common room
A link to register for the on-line signup system may be requested from [Email ] by Unit Owners and tenants.
Once registered, you may sign up for a time slot here.
Court hours for pickleball are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. Noise reducing OWL Brand paddles must be used for pickleball play. Use of any other equipment on the Sea Pines pickleball courts is prohibited. You may use your own OWL Brand paddles or use the Sea Pines provided OWL Brand paddles located in the lock box on the courts. The combination for the box is the same as for the gates. Please return paddles and balls to the box and re-lock after use.
